FLC and PWM SMC for KY Boost Converter
Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers, 2019This paper presents a design and implementation of fuzzy logic controller (FLC) plus PWM sliding mode controller (SMC) for 2nd order-d KY positive output voltage boost converter (KYPOVBC) operated in continuous inductor current mode (CICM). It is more suitable for steady power source in liquid crystal display (LCD), I-pad, CCTV camera, computer parts,

Efficiency model of boost dc-dc PWM converters
International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, 2005A thorough efficiency analysis of a boost PWM converter taking into account the conduction losses, the diode power loss, the switching losses, the gate-drive loss and the capacitive switching loss, for both continuous conduction mode and discontinuous conduction mode is presented.

Piezoelectric transformer converter with PWM control
Proceedings of Applied Power Electronics Conference. APEC '96, 2002A piezoelectric transformer (PT) converter with PWM is presented. The active-clamp technique makes it possible to control the output voltage with PWM even if the PT converter operates in a resonant fashion. The PT converter with PWM control was implemented on a printed circuit board.

Simulation of PWM Forward Converter
1997By this time, it is fair to say that any scientific topic, be it technical or social, can be simulated, or modeled, with a computer; provided the necessary mathematical equations are available and absolute accuracy is not unreasonably expected.

Transformerless DC-DC PWM converters
2015 IEEE 10th Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA), 2015Three new transformerless step-up DC-DC PWM converters are proposed. They put the switching structure into the step-up DC-DC converters to achieve higher voltage gain when the duty ratio is not extremely high, and the switching structure is composed of three inductors and six diodes (switched-inductors).

Efficiency of the transformer Cuk PWM converter
Proceedings of the IEEE 1993 National Aerospace and Electronics Conference-NAECON 1993, 2002A transformer Cuk PWM converter is analyzed for continuous conduction mode (CCM). For simplicity, an unidirectional single quadrant converter is considered. An equivalent circuit is developed for efficiency calculation. Expressions are derived for power losses in various components of the converter.

PWM Boost Type Converter Connected to the Grid
2004This paper analyses impact of a boost three-phase PWM voltage source converter to the grid. By proper control strategy, it can be achieved unity power factor and nearly sinusoidal currents on the ac side of a converter. This type of a converter can operate as a rectifier as well as an inverter depending of the connected load.

A full-bridge zero-voltage-switching pulse-width-modulated converter employs a saturable reactor in place of the linear inductor in order to reduce current stress on the active switches, reduce voltage stress on the rectifier diodes, and reduce secondary parasitic ringing.
