MAFF Suppresses Necroptosis in Pancreatic Cancer via the GATA4‐MLKL Axis
MAFF promotes pancreatic cancer progression by acting as a transcriptional repressor of the GATA4‐MLKL axis, thereby inhibiting necroptotic cell death. This study identifies the MAFF‐GATA4‐MLKL pathway as a novel therapeutic target and a significant prognostic biomarker for pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Abstract Pure apathy is relatively common in people with Multiple Sclerosis (PwMS), but its neural mechanisms remain unexplored. Therefore, we investigated the neural correlates of pure apathy in PwMS, differentiating it from depression. Sixty‐two PwMS underwent neuropsychological assessments and Magnetic Resonance Imaging scans.
