Boosting Conversion Efficiency in Zn3P2/InP Solar Cells Via Nanoscale Junction Engineering
This study demonstrates the efficacy of selective area epitaxy (SAE) in enhancing the conversion efficiency of a Zn3P2${\rm Zn}_3{\rm P}_2$/InP heterojunction solar cell. The impact of the SAE pattern dimensions on the performance parameters is investigated. Small size opening limits Jsc because of current crowding whereas large size opening limits Voc

The new Cu‐containing MOF (Me2NH2)(CuICl2)@[Cu4(INA)4Cl2O]·1.5dmf (3) contains a cation and an anion as guests and shows UV‐near‐mid‐IR absorption and near‐IR emission. MOF 3 shows gas‐solid reactivity in the presence of NH3 and HCOOH to yield two new 3D MOF.

A Pyramid: a hierarchy of Region Adjacency Graphs (RAG) has only one type of edge "to be neighbor with". We want to add some new types of edge. The relation "to be inside" is already present as a special case of the neighborhood relation. We detail the difference between a neighborhood relation and an interior relation. Then we show that some new types

Azobenzene photoswitches translate molecular‐scale E/Z photoisomerization into macroscopic material responses and device‐level photonic functions. This Review highlights how azobenzene research has evolved from molecular photochemistry to photoalignment, mass migration, photomechanics, and heat release, ultimately enabling holography, reconfigurable ...

Ratiometric Mycotoxin Detection in Living Plants With Dual‐Emissive Nanosensors
A minimally invasive microneedle patch integrates carbon dot‐embedded metal–organic frameworks as nanosensors to detect a key fungal toxin in living plants. The nanosensor produces a ratiometric fluorescence signal that enables early, non‐destructive diagnosis of fungal infection before visible symptoms, offering a new biomaterials‐based strategy for ...

Piramida: Peninggalan Karya Seni Dunia dari Wilayah Barat Hingga Timur (Bagian Ii)
There is a terminology declared that human learn from the past to reach a better future. Based on this comprehension, human start to learn about history. Scientists learn history from historical building and cultural heritage from the past.

Field‐programmed anisotropy imparts material‐level intelligence to soft composites. Magnetic torque dynamics drive magneto‐piezoelectric nanowires from random dispersion into deterministic axial alignment. The resulting hierarchical percolation networks confine electromechanical coupling to specific axes and intrinsically decouple superposed force ...
