Metal-Free Aziridination of Unactivated Olefins via Transient N-Pyridinium Iminoiodinanes [PDF]
We describe a metal-free aziridination of unactivated olefins to generate N-pyridinium aziridines, which participate in cross-coupling to afford N-aryl aziridines and reductive depyridylation to afford N–H aziridines.

Clinicians often concurrently tackle critical challenges including emergency hemorrhage, secondary infection, and the elusive tracking of biodegradation of conventional hemostatic agents for complex wounds. Here, we report an intelligent hemostatic sponge (spCS@AIE) by incorporating aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) nanoparticles with short‐wave ...

1H NMR evidence for the bi-pyridinium nature of the pyridine salt of H3PW12O40
Pyridinium salts of H3PW12O40 and H3PMo12O40 were investigated by 1H NMR and IR spectroscopies. 1H NMR evidenced the formation of bi-pyridinium cation in the pyridinium salt of H3PW12O40, while a classical pyridinium cation was identified in the ...

Three methylpyridine‐functionalized TEMPOs were synthesized through an electron‐rich regulation strategy. The calculation of transition states supported the highest reaction efficiency of para‐MePy‐TEMPOs, which outperformed its analogues to have the best performance of AORFBs, opening a new avenue for exploring TEMPO‐based catholytes.
