58 women who complained of irritability (58) depression (58) fatigue (48) mild paranoid ideation (29) or poor concentration or sleep disturbance (20) while using oral contraceptives were selected for a trial of pyridoxine. They were taking Ortho-Novum 180 Ovulen 21 or Ovral and no tranquilizers or depressants for 2 to 37 months.
