The Adductomics of Isolevuglandins: Oxidation of IsoLG Pyrrole Intermediates Generates Pyrrole–Pyrrole Crosslinks and Lactams [PDF]
Isoprostane endoperoxides generated by free radical-induced oxidation of arachidonates, and prostaglandin endoperoxides generated through enzymatic cyclooxygenation of arachidonate, rearrange nonenzymatically to isoprostanes and a family of stereo and structurally isomeric γ-ketoaldehyde seco-isoprostanes, collectively known as isolevuglandins (isoLGs).

Pyrrole- and Naphthobipyrrole-Strapped Calix[4]pyrroles as Azide Anion Receptors
The binding interactions between the azide anion (N3–) and the strapped calix[4]pyrroles 2 and 3 bearing auxiliary hydrogen bonding donors on the bridging moieties, as well as of normal calix[4]pyrrole 1, were investigated via 1H NMR spectroscopic and ...

Pyrrole-Pyridine and Pyrrole-Naphthyridine Hosts for Anion Recognition [PDF]
The association constants of the complexes formed by two hosts containing pyrrole, amide and azine (pyridine and 1,8-naphthyridine) groups and six guests, all monoanions (Cl−, CH3CO2−, NO3−, H2PO4−, BF4−, PF6−), have been determined using NMR titrations.

Synthesis of novel pyrroles and fused pyrroles as antifungal and antibacterial agents [PDF]
Pyrroles and its fused forms possess antimicrobial activities, they can easily interact with biomolecules of living systems. A series of substituted pyrroles, and its fused pyrimidines and triazines forms have been synthesised, all newly synthesised compound structures were confirmed by spectroscopic analysis.

Vibrations of pyrrole, N-substituted pyrroles, and their cations
The vibrations of pyrrole, N-deuteropyrrole, N-fluoropyrrole, N-aminopyrrole and N-methylpyrrole are studied. The evolution of the vibrational wavenumbers of pyrrole is examined, as the mass of the nitrogen-bonded hydrogen atom is artificially increased.

Free-radical cyclization approach to polyheterocycles containing pyrrole and pyridine rings
A wide range of derivatives with new pyrido[2,1-a]pyrrolo[3,4-c]isoquinoline skeleton was synthesized by free-radical intramolecular cyclization of o-bromophenyl-substituted pyrrolylpyridinium salts using the (TMS)3SiH/AIBN system.
