Scaling Up Molecular Electron Spin Qubits Around a Core‐Shell Quantum Dot

Making assemblies of molecular nanomagnet (MNM) qubits is an essential step toward scalable quantum devices. Here, SH‐functionalized {Cr7Ni} antiferromagnetic rings with ability as MNM qubits were successfully grafted to the surface of fluorescent CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QD).

Dengue virus (DENV) infection is a significant global health threat. Mosnodenvir (JNJ‐64281802) is a pan‐serotype small molecule antiviral blocking DENV replication. A Phase IIa study (NCT05048875) evaluated the antiviral activity, safety, and pharmacokinetics of mosnodenvir as prophylaxis against DENV‐3 in a controlled human infection model (CHIM).

Multiscale Modeling of an 8‐Week Combination Regimen of Bemnifosbuvir and Ruzasvir in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis C Virus Infection

Bemnifosbuvir (BEM) and ruzasvir (RZR) are pan‐genotypic HCV polymerase (NS5B) and NS5A inhibitors, respectively. In a single‐arm study (NCT05904470), 215 treatment‐naïve, adherent participants with chronic HCV (with or without cirrhosis) received BEM 550 mg QD plus RZR 180 mg QD for 8 weeks.
