Crystal Structure and Conformational Dynamics of N─N Bond‐Forming Piperazate Synthase
Piperazate synthases (PZSs) catalyze the key N─N bond formation in the biosynthesis of the rare amino acid piperazic acid. X‐ray crystal structures of apo‐ and holo‐SbPZS show a dimeric enzyme with two heme‐containing active sites, where histidine residues coordinate the iron centers.

Total Synthesis and Antimalarial Studies of Caelestines A–C
Total synthesis of caelestines A–C (alkaloids from the Australian ascidian, Aplidium caelestis) was accomplished, constituting the first synthesis of caelestines B and C. Caelestines A–C, with five other novel quinolones, were assessed against Plasmodium falciparum 3D7 and Dd2. Caelestine B was found to be a selective antimalarial alkaloid. Caelestines

Two-Stage Estimation for Ultrahigh Dimensional Sparse Quadratic Discriminant Analysis
The conventional Quadratic Discriminant Analysis (QDA) encounters a significant hurdle due to parameter scaling complexities on the order of Op2, rendering it impractical for the analysis of high or ultrahigh dimensional data. This arises especially when

A machine learning model utilizing choroid plexus (CP) radiomics effectively distinguishes Alzheimer's disease (AD) from mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and predicts MCI‐to‐AD progression risk. After integration with clinical features, the model exhibits strong predictive performance. The CP radiomics features correlate significantly with cognitive and
