Noncommutative QFT and Renormalization [PDF]
Field theories on deformed spaces suffer from the IR/UV mixing and renormalization is generically spoiled. In work with R. Wulkenhaar, one of us realized a way to cure this disease by adding one more marginal operator. We review these ideas, show the application to $ϕ^3$ models and use the heat kernel expansion methods for a scalar field theory coupled

Abstract The BV-Laplacian ∆ in quantum field theory is singular, by construction, but can be regularized by deforming the classical BV-action. Taking inspiration from string theory we describe a non-local deformation of the latter by adding stubs to the interaction vertices while keeping classical BV-invariance manifest.

Efficient numerical characterization is a key problem in composite material analysis. To follow accuracy improvement in image tomography, memory efficient methods of numerical characterization have been developed. Among them, an FFT based solver has been proposed by Moulinec and Suquet (1994,1998) bringing down numerical characterization complexity to ...

Lattice approach to finite volume form-factors of the Massive Thirring (Sine-Gordon) model
In this paper we demonstrate, that the light-cone lattice approach for the Massive-Thirring (sine-Gordon) model, through the quantum inverse scattering method, admits an appropriate framework for computing the finite volume form-factors of local ...

Defect scaling Lee–Yang model from the perturbed DCFT point of view
We analyze the defect scaling Lee–Yang model from the perturbed defect conformal field theory (DCFT) point of view. First the defect Lee–Yang model is solved by calculating its structure constants from the sewing relations.

I discuss the latest developments of FDR in the context of quantum field theory calculations relevant for high-energy particle physics phenomenology. In particular, I focus on NNLO computations and on the use of FDR in connection with effective field theories.

On form factors of boundary changing operators
We develop a form factor bootstrap program to determine the matrix elements of local, boundary condition changing operators. We propose axioms for these form factors and determine their solutions in the free boson and Lee–Yang models.
