Dynamic Immune Reconstitution and Clinical Outcomes of Three Different Protocols for Haploidentical Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

This study compared clinical outcomes and immune reconstitution in haplo‐HSCT patients receiving PTCY (n = 45), ATG (n = 45), or PTCY+ATG (n = 45). The ATG group had superior OS (p = 0.029) and LFS (p = 0.034), with higher CD3+ and CD8+ T‐cell counts at 3 months.
