Gassorption analysis of in‐plane functionalized carbons reveals small, uniform ultramicropore signatures as potential artefacts of specific adsorption of the probe gases. Low‐pressure Langmuir fitting links these features to distinct functionalities via adsorption energies, enabling straightforward quantification of otherwise inaccessible surface‐site ...

This study uncovers a metabolic‐epigenetic axis licensing zygotic genome activation (ZGA) in mouse embryos. A developmental decline in NAD+ levels activates PARP7, which mono‐ADP‐ribosylates and stabilizes UHRF1. This modification promotes the establishment of permissive histone acetylation marks, thereby facilitating timely ZGA.

Through a mixed‐ligand strategy that precisely regulates pore size and framework polarity, the Xe adsorption behavior is transformed from flexible to near‐rigid. ZIF‐7‐Cl(20) achieves sensitive recognition, efficient capture, and high selectivity for Xe, enabling high‐efficiency separation from Xe/Kr mixtures.

We present a chromosome‐level genome assembly of Siraitia grosvenorii and, through comparative genomics, uncover a conserved UGT73 tandem array driving triterpenoid saponin diversification in Cucurbitaceae. Crystalized SgUGT73AM30 further reveals the regioselectivity mechanism underlying its catalytic activity.

This study revealed that a PEAR1/HIF‐1α/ glycolysis/lactate/H3K18la positive feedback loop in PMVECs that drives the development of S‐ALI. Mechanistically, PEAR1 mediates the binding of HIF‐1α to AARS1, leading to the lactylation of HIF‐1α, the primary lactylation site of which is K172.

Fe3S4 crystal with the exposed [001] facet exhibits higher catalytic activity for activating peroxydisulfate (PDS) to degrade clothianidin (CLO), which can be attributed to the dissolved Fe‐induced homogeneous catalytic process; while Fe3S4 crystal with the exposed [1‐21] facet exhibits excellent catalytic stability and durability, thereby boosting the

Liberation of ferulic acid by gut microbial feruloyl esterase mediates cognitive enhancement of germinated quinoa (GQF) on obese mice. Ferulic acid enriched in GQF is released by gut microbes Roseburia hominis and R. intestinalis and subsequently mediates the neuroprotective effects of GQF on obesity‐induced cognitive decline by activating hippocampal ...
