Methods for assessing problem‐solving competencies in preschoolers: A scoping review
Abstract Problem‐solving is an important 21st‐century skill and an indispensable part of early STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education. To effectively study the development of children's problem‐solving competencies and to evaluate the effectiveness of classroom interventions and programmes, researchers and educators need ...

WACCM‐RR: A Regionally‐Refined Version of the Whole Atmosphere Community Climate Model
Abstract We introduce the Whole Atmosphere Community Climate Model with Regional Refinement (WACCM‐RR) and study the impact of directly resolving gravity waves (GWs) in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere (MLT; 70–140 km). Two simulations of 2010 are compared: “Non‐RR” is a standard WACCM case with a horizontal resolution of ∼1° (111 km) globally ...

A sheaf representation of quasi-Baer rings
It is shown that a quasi-Baer ring with a complete set of triangulating idempotents has a sheaf representation over its spectrum and the stalks are rings of fractions if and only if the ring is a finite direct sum of prime rings.

ABSTRACT Introduction Suicide rates remain elevated for current and ex‐serving military populations, yet the effectiveness of suicide interventions for these populations is unclear. Therefore, a synthesis and analysis of interventions is needed. This systematic review and meta‐analysis aims to identify which interventions may be effective for suicidal ...

On quasi-Baer rings of Ore extensions
Let $R$ be a ring and $S=R[x;σ,δ]$ its Ore extension. We prove under some conditions that $R$ is a quasi-Baer ring if and only if the Ore extension $R[x;σ,δ]$ is a quasi-Baer ring. Examples are provided to illustrate and delimit our results.

Abstract Creativity and innovation are essential for modern organizations. While abundant research has helped to better understand creativity in everyday work life, considerably less attention has been paid to how individuals achieve creative performance during the implementation of innovation projects.

On generalized morphic modules
Aim of the present article is to extend generalized morphic ring to modules. Let R be a commutative ring with a unity and M an R-module. M is said to be a generalized morphic module if for each m ∈ M, there exists a ∈ R such that annR (m) = (a) + annR (M

Polynomial extensions of generalized quasi-Baer rings [PDF]
In this paper, we consider the behavior of polynomial rings over generalized quasi-Baer rings and show that the generalized quasi-Baer condition on a ring R is preserved by many polynomial extensions.

Abstract Aims To synthesize and describe the evidence from among young people and adults to assess: (i) what interventions have been effective in changing vaping harm perceptions; and (ii) to what extent vaping harm perceptions predict any changes in vaping and smoking behaviours.
