Dislocation cutting of γ′ precipitates in Ni‐based superalloys is investigated by linking atomistic simulations with discrete dislocation dynamics. The critical cutting stress is shown to be governed by the antiphase boundary energy, while line tension effects promote edge‐preferred cutting.

Weinhold length in an isentropic ideal and quasi-ideal gas [PDF]
In this paper we study thermodynamic length of an isentropic Ideal and quasi-Ideal Gas using Weinhold metric in a two-dimensional state space. We give explicit relation between length at constant entropy and work.

Fuzzy Bipolar Soft Quasi-ideals in Ordered Semigroups [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce the concept of fuzzy bipolar soft quasi-ideals in ordered semigroup theory. First some characteristics of the structure are examined and hence a few useful results are established. It is proved, among others, that the concepts

This review comprehensively evaluates extrusion‐based additive manufacturing for advanced ceramics, detailing feedstock options and key process parameters. By critically addressing defect mechanisms like porosity and cracking, the work highlights optimization strategies through machine learning and advanced postprocessing.

Fuzzy Quasi-ideals of Ordered Semigroups [PDF]
In this paper, we characterize ordered semigroups in terms of fuzzy quasi-ideals. We characterize left simple, right simple and completely regular ordered semigroups in terms of fuzzy quasi-ideals.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Constructive counterparts of some interior ideals in a co-quasiordered semigroup
In this paper, as a further generalization of co-ideals in semigroup with apartness ordered under a co-quasiorder relation, we introduce the notions of interior co-ideals, quasi-interior co-ideals and weak-interior co-ideals.

On quasi-ideals in contracted semigroup rings
Let A be a ring with identity and S a semigroup with a zero 0 and an identity e. Then the contracted semigroup ring \(A_ 0[S]\) of S over A is the free unitary left A-module with \(S'=S\setminus \{0\}\) as a basis and a multiplication determined by that of S.

Antichains of monomial ideals are finite [PDF]
The main result of this paper is that all antichains are finite in the poset of monomial ideals in a polynomial ring, ordered by inclusion. We present several corollaries of this result, both simpler proofs of results already in the literature and new

Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...
