Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Similarity reduction of matrix over a quaternion division ring

open access: yes, 2007
Let F be a field of characteristic ≠2, HF=a,bF the quaternion division ring over F. This paper discusses the similarity of polynomials over HF. By using polynomials over HF, this paper proves that every square matrix over HF is similar to a uniquely ...

IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Solving a System of Sylvester-like Quaternion Matrix Equations

open access: yes, 2022
Using the ranks and Moore-Penrose inverses of involved matrices, in this paper we establish some necessary and sufficient solvability conditions for a system of Sylvester-type quaternion matrix equations, and give an expression of the general solution to

Determinantal Representations of Solutions and Hermitian Solutions to Some System of Two-Sided Quaternion Matrix Equations

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2018
Within the framework of the theory of quaternion row-column determinants previously introduced by the author, we derive determinantal representations (analogs of Cramer’s rule) of solutions and Hermitian solutions to the system of two-sided quaternion ...

LMI conditions for some dynamical behaviors of fractional-order quaternion-valued neural networks

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2019
This paper addresses the issue of three dynamical behaviors including global Mittag-Leffler stability, robust stability and projection synchronization for fractional-order quaternion-valued neural networks (FQVNNs).

Right linear map preserving the left spectrum of 2x2 quaternion matrices; pp. 378–386 [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the Estonian Academy of Sciences, 2018
In this paper, the form of a right linear map preserving the left spectrum of quaternion matrices of order 2 is characterized. The obtained conclusion is different from the classical results of the linear map preserving eigenvalues of complex matrices.

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Computation of the zeros of a quaternionic polynomial using matrix methods

open access: yesArab Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences
In a recent paper, Ishfaq Dar (2024), worked on the problem of locating the zeros of quaternion polynomials by introducing various matrix techniques.

Robust stability analysis of quaternion-valued neural networks via LMI approach

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2018
This paper is concerned with the issue of robust stability for quaternion-valued neural networks (QVNNs) with leakage, discrete and distributed delays by employing a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach.
