Journal of the Operations Research Society of Japan, 1982 This paper considers the stability of the waiting time in the queueing system with the critical condi- tion: ESi = sETi. It is shown that the waiting time is stable in the model with special moving average input and the unstability condition is obtained in the strictly stationary input with the finite variance.
