ABSTRACT Superficial non‐ampullary duodenal epithelial tumors (SNADETs) are increasingly treated with endoscopic resection. Although conventional thermal techniques are effective, the thin duodenal wall and distinctive anatomy have driven interest in cold resection techniques that avoid electrocautery‐related injury.
