AcrVA3 Is a Double Strand DNA-Cleaving Anti-CRISPR That Indirectly Inhibits Cas12. [PDF]
This study reports the high‐resolution structure of the anti‐CRISPR protein AcrVA3 and reveals its unexpected inhibitory mechanism against Cas12. AcrVA3 does not directly interact with Cas12 but instead exhibits double‐stranded DNA cleavage activity.
