Viscoelastic HyA Hydrogel Promotes Recovery of Muscle Quality and Vascularization in a Murine Model of Delayed Rotator Cuff Repair

Rotator cuff tears, a common musculotendinous injury, often lead to permanent functional disability. A novel hyaluronic acid‐based hydrogel shows promise in promoting muscle regeneration after rotator cuff repair. The hydrogel reduces fibrosis, fatty infiltration, and muscle atrophy while supporting vascularization in a murine model.
