Performance Optimization of SNR and SFDR in RoF Link for the Next Generation Networks
Figure 1 showing the fundamental concept of RoF link designing over a dispersive medium. The complete RoF link is divided into three different sections. These sections are nominated as, central station (CS), optical distribution networks (ODN) and base station (BS). CS to BS conversation is called downlink transmission, while from BS to CS it is called

Frequency Comb Effect on Chaos in Semiconductor Lasers, a Bifurcation Study
This study investigates the effects of optical frequency comb injection on the chaotic dynamics of semiconductor lasers through a bifurcation analysis. By examining the behavior of semiconductor lasers under different comb parameters (i.e., the number of signals, comb spacing), the research explores how these factors influence the system’s transition ...

Latency analysis on W-band hybrid fiber-wireless link using software defined radio in real time
This paper reports an experimental comparison and analysis of latency for different modulation techniques at different data rates in W-band Radio-over-Fiber (RoF) transmission links. In addition, a software defined radio called GNU-Radio is employed with

Investigating delay of the media access control protocols for IoT‐RoF using quantum entanglement
IoT‐RoF QE‐based: MAC Protocol Delay Study. Abstract One of the significant challenges of the Radio over fibre (RoF) Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol is the propagation delay. This delay can lead to serious issues, such as higher propagation delay resulting in collisions and unnecessary retransmissions.

Abstract One of the most common attacks is man‐in‐the‐middle (MitM) which, due to its complex behaviour, is difficult to detect by traditional cyber‐attack detection systems. MitM attacks on internet of things systems take advantage of special features of the protocols and cause system disruptions, making them invisible to legitimate elements.

Performance Analysis of DP‐QAM‐Based Optical OFDM PON Employing Optical Multicarrier
This work proposes a new hybrid bidirectional standard single mode fiber (SSMF)/free space optical (FSO) dual polarization quadrature amplitude modulation (DP‐QAM) employing optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM). An optical multicarrier generator (OMG) source is utilized. The suggested model is simulated using VPI photonics software.
