Evolution of a Dust Void in a Radio-Frequency Plasma Sheath [PDF]
The onset and growth of a dust void are investigated in a radio-frequency (rf) sheath of a capacitively coupled argon plasma. A circularly symmetric void emerges and grows with increasing rf power and pressure in the central region of the dust cloud levitating in the sheath.

Radio frequency plasma production on the TOMAS device [PDF]
The study of discharge initiation by an Ion Cyclotron Range of Frequency (ICRF) antenna is of importance for operational scenarios at low magnetic field in e.g., ITER and Wendelstein 7-X.

On the role of secondary electron emission in capacitively coupled radio‐frequency plasma sheath: A theoretical ground [PDF]
We propose a theoretical ground for emissive capacitively coupled radio-frequency plasma sheath under low pressure. The rf sheath is assumed to be collisionless, and oscillates with external source.

The Helical Resonator: A Scheme for Radio Frequency Plasma Generation
The helical resonator is a scheme for the production of high voltage at radio frequency, useful for gas breakdown and plasma sustainment, which, through a proper design, enables avoiding the use of a matching network.

Resonance Cones in the Field Pattern of a Short Radio Frequency Probe in a Warm Anisotropic Plasma [PDF]
An experimental investigation of the angular field pattern of a small radio frequency probe in a plasma in a magnetic field is described. The field is observed to become very large along a resonance cone whose axis is parallel to the static magnetic ...
