Burosumab in Unidentifiable Tumor‐Induced Osteomalacia
ABSTRACT Tumor‐induced osteomalacia (TIO) can be challenging due to underlying tumors being either unresectable or unidentifiable. Burosumab, an anti‐FGF23 monoclonal antibody, has been proven to be effective in treating TIO but is currently not subsidized for this indication in Australia.

ABSTRACT Residual implantable cardiac electronic device (ICED) leads pose a significant infection risk, necessitating a multimodal diagnostic and therapeutic approach. This case highlights the critical role of PET/CT imaging in guiding surgical decision‐making, particularly in cases of chronic infections with embedded or fractured lead fragments. While

Ligandless Iron‐Catalyzed C(sp3)─H Bond Fluorination
This study uses a simple transition metal complex, Fe(OTf)2 (OTf = CF3SO3−) as a catalyst for directing group‐free C(sp3)─H fluorination in the absence of any added ligand. This work includes condition optimization, substrate testing, and discusses a proposed catalytic cycle based on the results of control experiments.

Impact of Multiple S‐Palmitoylation on Peptide Ionization and Fragmentation in Mass Spectrometry
S‐palmitoylation is selectively introduced at potential modification sites of a model peptide. Modified peptides are then characterized by mass spectrometry, and the sites of modification are unambiguously identified. Lipidation, such as S‐palmitoylation, is an important, reversible post‐translational modification of proteins determining not only their
