Double ramification cycles and the $n$-point function for the moduli space of curves [PDF]
In this paper, using the formula for the integrals of the $\psi$-classes over the double ramification cycles found by S. Shadrin, L. Spitz, D. Zvonkine and the author, we derive a new explicit formula for the $n$-point function of the intersection ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Ramification Groups of Abelian Local Field Extensions
Let k be a local field; that is, a complete discrete-valued field having a perfect residue class field. If L is a finite Galois extension of k then L is also a local field. Let G denote the Galois group GL|k. Then the nth ramification group Gn is defined

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

Ramification of Some Automorphisms of Local Fields
Letkbe a perfect field of characteristicpand letγ∈Aut(k((t))). Define the ramification numbers ofγbyim=vt(γpm(t)−t)−1. We give a characterization of the sequences (im) which are the sequences of ramification numbers of infinite order automorphisms of ...

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.
