Gallic acid (GA) and copper ions self‐assemble to form nanoparticles, which are then modified with mitochondrial targeting peptides and gap junction modulator. These nanoparticles scavenge mitochondrial reactive oxygen species to induce M2 polarization and enhance intercellular mitochondrial transfer.

Selective carbonylation sites (SCANS) are conceptualized, designed, evaluated, and released. SCANS captures segment‐level, protein‐level, and residue embeddings features. It utilizes elaborate loss function to penalize cross‐predictions at the residue level.

The cornerstone of treatment for symptomatic gallbladder stones is laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Pain is the commonest cause of extended hospital stay. Disturbance of liver—diaphragm surface tension is the main cause of pain. Retained CO2 is a major concern post laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

This work establishes imaging‐guided microscale photothermal stereolithography bioprinting, achieving microscale photothermal aqueous printing for the first time. Key innovations include novel imaging‐guided stereolithography, unique NIR‐II photothermal initiator, and new bioink with viscosity modifier.
