There is an unmet need in metastatic breast cancer patients to monitor therapy response in real time. In this study, we show how a noninvasive and affordable strategy based on sequencing of plasma samples with longitudinal tracking of tumour fraction paired with a statistical model provides valuable information on treatment response in advance of the ...

Motion of inertial particles in Gaussian fields driven by an infinite-dimensional fractional Brownian motion [PDF]
We study the motion of an inertial particle in a fractional Gaussian random field. The motion of the particle is described by Newton's second law, where the force is proportional to the difference between a background fluid velocity and the particle ...

Dual targeting of AKT and mTOR using MK2206 and RAD001 reduces tumor burden in an intracardiac colon cancer circulating tumor cell xenotransplantation model. Analysis of AKT isoform‐specific knockdowns in CTC‐MCC‐41 reveals differentially regulated proteins and phospho‐proteins by liquid chromatography coupled mass spectrometry. Circulating tumor cells

In this paper we study the asymptotic behavior for a class of stochastic retarded strongly damped wave equation with additive noise on a bounded smooth domain in ℝd. We get the existence of the random attractor for the random dynamical systems associated

Random attractor of stochastic Brusselator system with multiplicative noise
Asymptotic dynamics of stochastic Brusselator system with multiplicative noise is investigated in this work. The existence of random attractor is proved via the exponential transformation of Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process and some challenging estimates.

Inhibitor of DNA binding‐1 is a key regulator of cancer cell vasculogenic mimicry
Elevated expression of transcriptional regulator inhibitor of DNA binding 1 (ID1) promoted cancer cell‐mediated vasculogenic mimicry (VM) through regulation of pro‐angiogenic and pro‐cancerous genes (e.g. VE‐cadherin (CDH5), TIE2, MMP9, DKK1). Higher ID1 expression also increased metastases to the lung and the liver.

Infinitely Many Stochastically Stable Attractors
Let f be a diffeomorphism of a compact finite dimensional boundaryless manifold M exhibiting infinitely many coexisting attractors. Assume that each attractor supports a stochastically stable probability measure and that the union of the basins of ...
