We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

On Loss Functions and Ranking Forecasting Performances of Multivariate Volatility Models [PDF]
A large number of parameterizations have been proposed to model conditional variance dynamics in a multivariate framework. However, little is known about the ranking of multivariate volatility models in terms of their forecasting ability.

Temporal Rank Functions for Forward Secrecy
A number of key establishment protocols claim the property of forward secrecy, where the compromise of a long-term key does not result in the compromise of previously computed session-keys. We describe how such protocols can be modelled using the process algebra CSP and explain why the well-known rank function approach is incapable of proving their ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Ranking efficient DMUs using cooperative game theory [PDF]
The problem of ranking Decision Making Units (DMUs) in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) has been widely studied in the literature. Some of the proposed approaches use cooperative game theory as a tool to perform the ranking.

Estimation of low-rank covariance function
We consider the problem of estimating a low rank covariance function $K(t,u)$ of a Gaussian process $S(t), t\in [0,1]$ based on $n$ i.i.d. copies of $S$ observed in a white noise. We suggest a new estimation procedure adapting simultaneously to the low rank structure and the smoothness of the covariance function.

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

For multiple attribute decision making, ranking and information aggregation problems are increasingly receiving attention. In a normal neutrosophic number, the ranking method does not satisfy the ranking principle. Moreover, the proposed operators do not

Ranks For Two Partition Quadruple Functions [PDF]
Recently the author introduced two new integer partition quadruple functions, which satisfy Ramanujan-type congruences modulo 3, 5, 7, and 13. Here we reprove the congruences modulo 3, 5, and 7 by defining a rank-type statistic that gives a combinatorial refinement of the congruences.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.
