Fabrication of Site‐Specific 3D Structures via Macroscopic Supramolecular Assembly for Spatially Controlled Alignment of Multiple Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A modular macroscopic supramolecular assembly is developed to prepare 3D bioactive structures with self‐sorting of two primary vascular cells in post‐adhesion based on orthogonally affinitive peptides, thus minimizing the compromise in structuring and cell viability.

Fully Automated Deep Learning Enabled Miniature Mass Spectrometry System for Psychoactive Therapeutic Drug Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a fully automated miniature mass spectrometry system for high‐throughput therapeutic drug monitoring. Integrating magnetic solid‐phase extraction, self‐aspiration sampling miniature mass spectrometer, and U‐net deep learning quantitative algorithm, it achieves rapid (8 samples/30 min), precise (R2 > 0.99, RSD < 10%), and portable ...

Loss of STARD7 Triggers Metabolic Reprogramming and Cell Cycle Arrest in Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Breast cancer cells undergo metabolic and transcriptomic reprogramming to support aberrant cell proliferation. Their mitochondria rely on the transfer of phosphatidylcholine from the endoplasmic reticulum to their membranes by STARD7, a candidate upregulated in breast cancer, to be functional.

Sequence‐ and Docking‐Site‐Dependent Contributions to Multi‐Site Phosphorylation of an Intrinsically Disordered MAPK Substrate

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Real‐time NMR spectroscopy is used to study JNK1‐dependent phosphorylation of the intrinsically disordered substrate JIP1, revealing eleven phosphosites with distinct phosphorylation efficiencies. The site‐specific phosphorylation rates are shown to be determined by both the sequence position of the phosphosites relative to the two kinase docking site ...

Personalized Medication for Chronic Diseases Using Multimodal Data‐Driven Chain‐of‐Decisions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A MDD‐CoD is proposed for personalized chronic disease medication. The framework simulates clinical chain‐of‐decisions through three linked deep learning tasks, validated on multi‐center datasets (3 hospitals, 4 diseases), demonstrating enhanced generalization and interpretability in cross‐disease applications.
