RASMUSSEN ANEURYSM: ITS ROENTGEN APPEARANCE [PDF]
The existence of aneurysms of branches of the pulmonary artery in tuberculous cavities has been known for many years. In fact, they have long been recognized among the more common causes of massive and fatal hemoptysis in phthisis. About 100 years ago, Fearn1gave what appears to be the first description of such an aneurysm.
