Fast Reduction of Nitroalkenes Into Nitroalkanes Under Continuous‐Flow Chemical Conditions
Flow chemical synthesis was employed for the reduction of nitroalkenes to the corresponding nitroalkanes using sodium borohydride as the reducing agent. The reaction proceeds in only 150 s, affording products from good‐to‐excellent yields (61–96%). Herein, we describe an efficient and rapid continuous‐flow reduction of nitroalkenes to nitroalkanes.
