Neural network‐based integrated reactive power optimization study for power grids containing large‐scale wind power

open access: yesIET Generation, Transmission & Distribution
The high uncertainty of wind power output greatly affects the rapid reactive power optimization of power systems. This paper proposes a neural network‐based comprehensive reactive power optimization method for large‐scale wind power grids, effectively ...

Detection of circulating tumor DNA in colorectal cancer patients using a methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We developed a cost‐effective methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex assay containing tissue‐conserved and tumor‐specific methylation markers. The assay can detect circulating tumor DNA with high accuracy in patients with localized and metastatic colorectal cancer.

Reactive Power and Voltage Control in Deregulated Environment [PDF]

open access: yes2005 IEEE/PES Transmission & Distribution Conference & Exposition: Asia and Pacific, 2005
Reactive power support and voltage control is a key type of ancillary services in the deregulated electrical power market. A review of some important issues of reactive power support, including cost analysis, reactive power pricing, valuation, is presented in this paper. An optimal power flow (OPF) is used based on real time pricing theory.

Transcriptional network analysis of PTEN‐protein‐deficient prostate tumors reveals robust stromal reprogramming and signs of senescent paracrine communication

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Voltage Control Method for Active Distribution Networks Based on Regional Power Coordination

open access: yesEnergies, 2019
As loads connected to active distribution network (ADN) grow, ADN’s voltage safety issues are becoming more serious. At present, the solution is mainly to build more distributed generation (DG) or to adjust the reactive power in the whole network ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Optimum control of reactive power flow

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Power Apparatus and Systems, 1966
The general problem of minimizing the operating cost of a power system by proper selection of the active and reactive productions is formulated as a nonlinear programming problem in accordance with previous work by Carpentier of Electricitede France.

Research on Reactive Power Hierarchical Coordination Optimization Control Strategy of Wind‐Photovoltaic Hybrid Grid‐Connected System

open access: yesIET Renewable Power Generation
Currently, reactive power compensation in wind‐photovoltaic (PV) hybrid grid‐connected systems is typically controlled independently by the wind farm and PV station, lacking a coordination mechanism between them.
