Stability and Power Analysis of Read Decoupled 8T SRAM Cell

2021
Stability and power consumption in the circuit are the major column of any SRAM cell idolization. In this paper, a read decoupled 8T SRAM cell has been implemented and compared with conventional 6T SRAM and Differential 8T SRAM cell, analyzed on 45 nm technology with Cadence virtuoso tool.

A Low Power SRAM Cell with High Read Stability

ECTI Transactions on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications, 2009
In this paper, a 9T static random access memory (SRAM) cell design which consumes less dynamic power and has high read stability is proposed. In conventional six transistor (6T) SRAM cell, read stability is very low due to the voltage division between the access and driver transistors during read operation.

THE STABILITY OF BINOCULAR FIXATION DURING READING IN ADULTS AND CHILDREN

Developmental Medicine & Child Neurology, 1993
SUMMARYThe authors recorded the binocular eye‐movements of children and adults while they read single words appropriate for their reading ability. Normal data were obtained from nine‐ to 11‐year‐old primary‐school children and adults, because very little is known about changes in binocular vergence during reading.

Soft error hardened symmetric SRAM cell with high read stability

2017 International Conference on Multimedia, Signal Processing and Communication Technologies (IMPACT), 2017
Soft error poses reliability challenges in nanometer semiconductor memories. Soft errors in Static Random Access memories (SRAM) occur due to high energy particle's strike on sensitive nodes. This paper presents a new symmetric SRAM cell that enhances the soft error resilience by increasing the cell's critical charge, Q crit .

Clinical investigations of fixation stability and reading eye movements

2009
Reading and writing plays a fundamental role in our culture. Compared with, e.g. speech, written language has an immense impact as it offers the possibility to share information over unprecedented distance in time and space. By observing how the eyes move while reading we can obtain knowledge of the recognition process.
