This study elucidates that β‐elemene promotes cellular uptake of L. gasseri‐derived lactate by enhancing the membrane translocation of MCT1 in a CD147‐dependent manner. Intracellular lactate, through the lactylation of RBBP4 at the K26 site, recruits EP300 to the promoter regions of downstream genes (POLD1/POLD3), catalyzing H3K27ac modification.

Molecular, genetic, virological, and biochemical analysis in combination with global proteome and phosphoproteome profiling and functional assays were applied to study the role of PR130 in the context of HSV‐1 replication. The observations reveal that host‐intrinsic mechanisms regulate HSV‐1 replication and highlight PR130 as a susceptibility factor of

Shakespeare and the idea of the book [PDF]
Shakespeare and the Idea of the Book is about the book in Shakespeare's plays; the book as an object, wherein the article may disclose narratives, corroborate stories, expose versions of reality and perspectives of presence; and the semiotic of the book,

Friend, Not Foe: Lowered Tissue Reactivity to Long‐Term Polyimide Implants
The choice of optimal neural probe designs remains a major challenge in the field of neurotechnology. This study investigated the biocompatibility of several probe variations, including material, thickness, width, and implantation strategy. It highlights the clear advantage of soft polyimide probes over stiff silicon probes for better device ...

The governing dynamics of stock-bond return co-movements: a systematic literature review [PDF]
Understanding stock-bond return correlation is a key facet in asset mix, asset allocation and in an investor’s portfolio optimisation strategy. For the last couple of decades, several studies have probed this cardinal relationship.

A supramolecular nanocomplex based on phenolic‐modified silk sericin is developed to deliver antioxidant enzymes across the blood–brain barrier and escape lysosomal degradation. This dual‐barrier‐crossing system reduces neuroinflammation and improves cognitive performance in Alzheimer's disease mouse model, offering a promising strategy for protein ...

Engineering Neuronal Network Connectivity Through Precise and Scalable Electrical Modulation
This study presents a scalable all‐electrical method for precise neuronal‐circuit reconfiguration based on high‐density microelectrode arrays. By employing biologically inspired plasticity rules, targeted connectivity changes were successfully induced and quantified across diverse neuronal preparations.
