REAL-TIME (RT-PCR) DETECTION OF MONKEYPOX VİRUS

2022
Polimeraz Zincir Reaksiyonu (PCR), küçük DNA fragmanlarında belirli dizilerin hızlandırılmış amplifikasyonuna izin veren in vitro replikasyonudur. Hassas bir teknik olan PCR’nin, analiz edilecek kadar kopya üretmesi için yalnızca DNA izlerine ihtiyaç vardır.

Detection and differentiation of Avian Metapneumovirus by Real Time Rt-PCR

2012
Direct diagnosis of avian Metapneumovirus (AMPV) infections rely on molecular techniques more than on virus isolation due to the fastidious nature of the virus. Six real-time reverse transcription PCR (RRT-PCR) protocols for the detection and differentiation of AMPV subtype A and B were developed in N (two tests), F, SH (two tests) and G genes.

Avian Influenza Virus Detection and Quantitation by Real-Time RT-PCR

2014
Real-time RT-PCR (rRT-PCR) has been used for avian influenza virus (AIV) detection since the early 2000s. This method has been applied to surveillance, outbreaks and research. Some of the advantages of rRT-PCR are high sensitivity, high specificity, rapid time to result, scalability, cost, and its inherently quantitative nature.
