In this study, we engineered an antibacterial, antioxidative and epidermal grow factor‐encapsulated multifunctional hydrogel for the repair of chronic and refractory wounds. The hydrogel markedly promoted wound healing in rat models of diabetic foot ulcers and infected wounds by modulating wound microenvironment.

Apigenin Protects Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage by Regulating Trx1 Through Binding to PRDX2
ABSTRACT Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) remains the most severe stroke subtype with high mortality and disability rates. Although apigenin has shown cerebroprotective potential in preclinical studies, its mechanism of action, particularly in hypertensive ICH, remains poorly understood.

Guided by the spectral demand of plant photosystems, this review summarizes the synthesis, emission regulation, dual‐emission design, and gram‐scale production of CDs for agricultural applications. Spectrally matched blue‐ and red‐emissive CDs enhance plant light utilization by converting underutilized light into photosynthetically active radiation and

Deciphering Molecular Charge Anisotropy: The Case of Antibody Solutions
Molecular charge anisotropy emerges as a key determinant of antibody solution behavior. A multiscale framework combining electrostatic mapping, coarse‐grained simulations, and machine‐learning‐assisted optimization identifies charge patterns that reproduce experimental structure factors and predict collective properties across concentration, revealing ...

A 3D‐bioprinted platform with stem cells activates “nerve‐bone” signaling by enabling the spatiotemporal delivery of Nell‐1. This activation enhances neurovascular and bone regeneration through the CYFIP1 cascade. In rat calvarial defects, the platform doubled bone regeneration and nerve repair and tripled vascular density, resulting in superior ...
