This study introduces a framework that combines graph neural networks with causal inference to forecast recurrence and uncover the clinical and pathological factors driving it. It further provides interpretability, validates risk factors via counterfactual and interventional analyses, and offers evidenceābased insights for treatment planning ...

Rectifying Behavior in Coulomb Blockades: Charging Rectifiers
Physical Review Letters, 2002We introduce examples of tunneling and diffusive, Coulomb-regulated rectifiers based on the Coulomb blockade formalism in discrete and continuum systems, respectively. Nonlinearity of the interacting dynamics profoundly enhances the inherent asymmetry of the devices by reducing the Hilbert space of accessible states.

Web applications hosted on the cloud are exposed to cyberattacks and can be compromised by HTTP requests that exploit vulnerabilities. Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings often provide a backup service that allows restoring application state after a serious attack, but all valid state changes since the last backup are lost.
