Cryoablation Activates the cGAS–STING‐CXCL10 Axis in Macrophages to Enhance Anti‐Tumor Immunity in NSCLC

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tumor dsDNA released by cryoablation is taken up by macrophages, activating the cGAS‐STING signaling pathway. This leads to an expansion of the CXCL10+ macrophage pool and increased secretion of CXCL10, which in turn recruits CXCR3+ T cells from draining lymph nodes into the tumor microenvironment to exert anti‐tumor effects.

Upper Bound of Ejecta Mass in a Nova Outburst

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal
We present the maximum ejecta mass ${({M}_{{\rm{ej}}})}_{{\rm{\max }}}$ and the maximum ratio of ejecta mass and accreted mass ${({M}_{{\rm{ej}}}/{M}_{{\rm{acc}}})}_{{\rm{\max }}}$ of a nova for various white dwarf (WD) masses ( M _WD  = 0.6–1.38 M _ ...

Printable Liquid Metal‐Textiles for Deformation‐Insensitive and Electromagnetically Robust mmWave Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We present a textile‐compatible, self‐healing liquid metal ink and a dual‐mask printing technique for high‐resolution patterning. Using this approach, we demonstrate high‐performance millimeter‐wave (mmWave) electronic textiles that exhibit exceptional insensitivity to deformation.

Fundamental Properties of Novae in M31

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal Supplement Series
The peak luminosities and rates of decline for a large sample of novae recently published by Clark et al. have been analyzed using the Yaron et al. nova models to estimate fundamental properties of the M31 nova population.

The BnTFL1‐BnJAM3‐BnSWEETs Module Orchestrates Seed Storage Reserve Accumulation in Brassica napus

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
BnaC03.TFL1 and BnaA01.JAM3 form a complex that facilitates the transport of soluble sugars from the seed coat to the embryo by directly activating the expression of BnSWEETs. Furthermore, BnaC03.TFL1 and BnaA01.JAM3 work cooperatively to promote soluble sugar and oil production while suppressing protein deposition.

Novae: An Important Source of Lithium in the Galaxy

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal
The source of the Galactic lithium (Li) has long been a puzzle. With the discovery of Li in novae, extensive research has been conducted. However, there still exists a significant disparity between the observed abundance of Li in novae and the existing ...

On the 2011 Outburst of the Recurrent Nova T Pyxidis

open access: yesActa Polytechnica CTU Proceedings, 2015
We discuss the nebular phase emission during the 2011 outburst of the recurrent nova T Pyxidis and present preliminaryresults on the analysis of the line profiles. We also present some discussions about the binary system configurations and the X-ray emission, showing that the white dwarf mass should be larger than 0.8 MΘ.

Integrating Radiomics and Computational Pathology to Predict Early Recurrence of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma and Uncover Its Biological Basis in Tumor Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Accurate prediction of early recurrence in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is vital for optimizing treatment. A novel, integrated radiomics‐pathology machine learning model successfully forecasts recurrence risks by analyzing preoperative CT images and computational pathology.

Hydrodynamic Simulations of Oxygen–Neon Classical Novae as Galactic 7Li Producers and Potential Accretion-induced Collapse Progenitors

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal
We report on studies of classical nova (CN) explosions where we follow the evolution of thermonuclear runaways (TNRs) on oxygen–neon (ONe) white dwarfs (WDs).

Bioinspired Hierarchical Architecture with Water Transport Channels for Strong Adhesion at the Sweating Interface

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
To address adhesion failure in sweaty epidermal electronics, this study proposes a cross‐species, multi‐scale biomimetic interface. By modeling staged wet adhesion, it integrates self‐regulating liquid bridges with directional drainage. This design ensures stable, high‐performance flexible sensing in complex physiological environments, offering a ...
