Conformal symmetry transformations and nonlinear Maxwell equations
We make use of the conformal compactification of Minkowski spacetime $M^{\#}$ to explore a way of describing general, nonlinear Maxwell fields with conformal symmetry.

Reduction of flexible joint manipulator mathematical model
The singularly perturbed differential systems which describe the dynamics of the manipulator with flexible joints are investigated under the condition of weak dissipation. The method of integral manifolds is used to construct the reduced model of robot. Integral manifolds may be constructed as an asymptotic power series. The simplified model is used to

A Mathematical Model of the Alumina Reduction Cell
Abstract Based upon the equations of irreversible thermodynamics, and assuming local equilibrium, expressions are developed for the current efficiency, anode gas composition and voltage for the production of aluminum by the electrolytic process.A fundamental assumption of the model is that the electrolyte is a partial electronic conductor by virtue of ...

An Inkjet‐Printed Platinum‐Based Temperature Sensing Element on Polyimide Substrates
An inkjet‐printed, meander‐structured, nanoparticle platinum‐based resistive temperature sensors on polyimide substrates are demonstrated as proof‐of‐concept. Optimized sintering at 250°C enables stable conductive structures. The Pt100‐ and Pt1000‐type sensors exhibit linear resistance–temperature characteristics with stable TCR in the 20°C–80°C range,
