Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

An improved artificial potential field method of trajectory planning and obstacle avoidance for redundant manipulators

open access: yesInternational Journal of Advanced Robotic Systems, 2018
In this article, we present an improved artificial potential field method of trajectory planning and obstacle avoidance for redundant manipulators. Specifically, we not only focused on the position for the manipulator end-effectors but also considered ...

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Kinematics Analysis and Simulation of Line-driven Hedge Trimming Manipulator

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2019
Aiming at the problem that hedge manipulators can’t work in complex and unstructured environments, a redundant line-driven hedge trimming manipulator with stronger environmental adaptability, higher degree of freedom and larger workspace is proposed. The

ATP13A2 is involved in intracellular polyamine transport in lung epithelial cells

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Spermidine transport in lung epithelial cells involves the polyamine transporter ATP13A2. Cell proliferation is associated with the upregulation of ATP13A2. Polyamines are present in all living cells and are implicated in various crucial cellular processes such as proliferation, apoptosis and autophagy.

Trajectory Planning of Energy Consumption Optimal Redundant Manipulators with Constraints

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2022
Aiming at the problem of how to reduce the complexity of trajectory optimization of redundant or super-redundant manipulators, a constrained energy consumption optimal manipulator trajectory planning method is proposed.

Tracking control of redundant mobile manipulator: An RNN based metaheuristic approach

open access: yesNeurocomputing, 2020
In this paper, we propose a topology of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) based on a metaheuristic optimization algorithm for the tracking control of mobile-manipulator while enforcing nonholonomic constraints. Traditional approaches for tracking control of

FGFR Like1 drives esophageal cancer progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and notch signalling: insights from clinical data and next‐generation sequencing analysis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.
