Topological Quantum Biomaterials Enable Pyroptosis‐Senescence Coupling for Enhanced Colorectal Cancer Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work reports conceptually unprecedented topological quantum biomaterials derived from engineered Pd3Sn nanostrips for oncological applications. Their near‐Fermi‐level electronic architecture and superior interfacial charge transport facilitate ultrasound‐amplified redox reactions and efficient ROS generation.

Ilexoside K Ameliorates Atherosclerosis by Suppressing CD72hi Macrophages and Blocking CXCL12–CXCR4 Axis to Inhibit Endothelial Pyroptosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CD72hi macrophages drive endothelial pyroptosis and accelerate atherosclerosis through CXCL12–CXCR4‐mediated immune–vascular crosstalk. Ilexoside K suppresses this pathogenic communication by modulating CXCR4‐dependent endothelial responses, reducing inflammation and plaque progression. These findings reveal a macrophage–endothelial regulatory axis and

Galactokinase 1 Positively Regulates Mitochondrial Respiration by Phosphorylating TIMM13 as a Protein Kinase

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
GALK1 acts as a protein kinase beyond the phosphorylation of galactose. GALK1 phosphorylates TIMM13 at Y73 in the cytoplasm. This phosphorylation prevents premature oxidative folding of TIMM13 and ensures its entrance into the intermembrane space of mitochondrion, positively regulating mitochondrial respiration.

T‐Cell Remodeling in Renal Fibrosis: From Acute Injury to Chronic Kidney Disease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This Review presents renal fibrosis as a sequence of overlapping T‐cell programs, from chemokine‐guided recruitment and metabolic activation to maladaptive polarization, tertiary lymphoid structure formation, tissue residency, exhaustion, and senescence.

MIIP Inhibits Colorectal Cancer Progression by Modulating Neutrophils Infiltration and Neutrophil Extracellular Trap Formation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This diagram illustrates that MIIP suppresses tumor‐associated neutrophils infiltration and NETs formation by binding to PKR, which impairs the PKR–IKKβ interaction and attenuates NF‐κB/IL‐8 axis activation, thereby inhibiting colorectal cancer progression. This mechanism highlights a promising therapeutic target for CRC patients.

Epithelial SLC25A20 Deficiency Drives Immunosuppressive Neutrophil Remodeling via ARG1 Palmitoylation to Promote Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SLC25A20 deficiency in tumor cells compromises mitochondrial LCFA transport, which suppresses FAO and drives compensatory release of palmitic acid‐enriched lipids into the TME. These tumor‐derived palmitic acids are taken up by TANs, promoting ZDHHC18‐catalyzed ARG1 palmitoylation.
