GAD65 Antibody ELISA With Extended Reportable Range: Validation and Guidance for Neurological Practice

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To (1) validate GAD65‐ELISA detection and quantification for type 1 diabetes mellitus and autoimmune neurological diagnoses, (2) correlate ELISA results (reference range < 5 IU/mL) with established radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIA; ≤ 0.02 nmol/L), and (3) define ELISA clinical utility and pitfalls.

Reflection of Equal Opportunities Principle in 2016 Elections

open access: yesSfera Politicii, 2017
In the life of a nation, elections are an important moment. Changes of the election system involve always both the engagement of human, financial, and logistical resources, etc., and the revival of the political forces and the onset of the battle for ...

CONSTRUCTIVE REFLECTIVITY PRINCIPLES FOR REGULAR THEORIES

open access: yesThe Journal of Symbolic Logic, 2019
AbstractClassically, any structure for a signature ${\rm{\Sigma }}$ may be completed to a model of a desired regular theory ${T}}$ by means of the chase construction or small object argument. Moreover, this exhibits ${\rm{Mod}}\left(T)$ as weakly reflective in ${\rm{Str}}\left( {\rm{\Sigma }} \right)$.We investigate this in the constructive setting ...

White Matter Microstructural Abnormalities in Neonatal Onset Genetic Epilepsy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Recent evidence indicates that epilepsy is associated with abnormal white matter. If seizures alter white matter, then the impact upon network function, epileptogenesis, and cognition could be pronounced in neonates undergoing rapid developmental myelination. Neonates with epilepsy due to nonstructural genetic causes provide a unique

Legitimate expectations in administrative procedure [PDF]

open access: yesZbornik Radova: Pravni Fakultet u Novom Sadu, 2020
The principle of legitimate expectations is one of the new principles of Serbian administrative procedure. Unfortunately, it is regulated in a very wage and imprecise manner. This is why the authors have tried to determine its true meaning.

Engagement Patterns with an AI Health Coach for Systemic Sclerosis Self‐Management: A Mixed Methods Study

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, Accepted Article.
Objective To evaluate utility of an artificial intelligence (AI) health coach for systemic sclerosis (SSc) self‐management and identify patterns associated with participant engagement. Methods We conducted a mixed‐methods study in which an AI health coach, powered by a large language model (LLM), was used to support self‐management for SSc.

Revisiting Stability Criteria in Ball‐Milled High‐Entropy Alloys: Do Hume–Rothery and Thermodynamic Rules Equally Apply?

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, Volume 27, Issue 6, March 2025.
The stability criteria affecting the formation of high‐entropy alloys, particularly focusing in supersaturated solid solutions produced by mechanical alloying, are analyzed. Criteria based on Hume–Rothery rules are distinguished from those derived from thermodynamic relations. The formers are generally applicable to mechanically alloyed samples.

Near‐Field Electrospinning Micro‐Printhead Achieves Precise Control of Nanofiber Deposition

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A micro‐printhead for near‐field electrospinning enables reproducible deposition of polymer nanofibers with diameters below 50 nm. Systematic parameter studies uncover the mechanisms linking operating conditions to fiber morphology, paving the way for precise and low‐cost nanoscale 3D manufacturing. As a high‐resolution, cost‐effective, and rapid ...
