Drought Analysis in Mediteranean Region
Pamukkale University Journal of Engineering Sciences, 2019 Drought is a natural disaster developing secretly. In this study, Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index (SPEI) has been applied for in Turkey's Mediterranean Region. Temperature and precipitation data were used for 8 meteorological observation stations.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Genetic testing in epithelial ovarian cancer includes both germline and tumor‐testing. This approach often duplicates resources. The current prospective study assessed the feasibility of tumor‐first multigene testing by comparing tumor tissue with germline testing of peripheral blood using an 18‐gene NGS panel in 106 patients.
