Strongly nonlinear potential theory on metric spaces
We define Orlicz-Sobolev spaces on an arbitrary metric space with a Borel regular outer measure, and we develop a capacity theory based on these spaces. We study basic properties of capacity and several convergence results.

Objective To support high‐quality, patient‐centered care for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) developed evidence‐based measures incorporating clinical and patient‐reported outcome measures (PROMs). Using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), we conducted semistructured interviews ...

Regularity and convergence analysis in Sobolev and Hölder spaces for generalized Whittle–Matérn fields [PDF]
AbstractWe analyze several types of Galerkin approximations of a Gaussian random field$$\mathscr {Z}:\mathscr {D}\times \varOmega \rightarrow \mathbb {R}$$Z:D×Ω→Rindexed by a Euclidean domain$$\mathscr {D}\subset \mathbb {R}^d$$D⊂Rdwhose covariance structure is determined by a negative fractional power$$L^{-2\beta }$$L-2βof a second-order elliptic ...

P*-closure operator and p*-regularity in fuzzy setting [PDF]
In this paper a new type of fuzzy regularity, viz. fuzzy p*- regularity has been introduced and studied by a newly defined closure operator, viz., fuzzy p*-closure operator.

Let 𝐸 be a real reflexive and strictly convex Banach space with a uniformly Gâteaux differentiable norm. Let 𝔍={𝑇(𝑡)∶𝑡≥0} be a family of uniformly asymptotically regular generalized asymptotically nonexpansive semigroup of 𝐸, with functions 𝑢,𝑣∶[0,∞)→[0,∞

Improving service regularity for high-frequency bus services with rescheduling and bus holding
In high-frequency bus services, maintaining the service regularity is a critical issue. The service regularity is directly related to the excessive waiting times (EWT) of passengers at bus stops.

A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.

Better Regularization for Sequential Decision Spaces
The paper studies the application of first-order methods to the problem of computing equilibria of large-scale extensive-form games. It introduces a new weighted entropy-based distance-generating function for instantiating first-order methods. The new function achieves significantly better strong-convexity properties than existing weight schemes for ...
