In vitro and in silico modelling of ROS1‐positive non‐small cell lung cancer reveals fusion‐dependent tyrosine kinase inhibitor responses

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Simple modules over Auslander regular rings

open access: yesOpen Mathematics, 2017
In this paper, we discuss the properties of simple modules over Auslander regular rings with global dimension at most 3. Using grade theory, we show the right projective dimension of ExtΛ1(S,Λ)$\begin{array}{} \text{Ext}_{{\it\Lambda}}^{1}(S,\ {\it ...

ZW4864‐mediated inhibition of the β‐catenin/BCL9/BCL9L complex reveals therapeutic potential in bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Aleph-Nought-continuous regular rings [PDF]

open access: yes, 1987
Let R be a right ℵ0-continuous regular ring. We show that there exists a two-sided ideal I of R such that RI is a directly finite, right ℵ0-continuous regular ring and each directly finite factor ring of R is a factor ring of RI. By using this, we extend

Neutrosophic Regular Rings and Properties of Their Ideals [PDF]

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems
The goal of the research is to discover the required and sufficient conditions for 𝑅(𝐼) to be a neutrosophic regular as well as the properties of the neutrosophic ideals in the neutrosophic regular ring.

On SF-rings and Regular Rings

open access: yesKyungpook mathematical journal, 2013
Abstract. A ring R is called a left (right) SF-ring if simple left (right) R-modules areflat. It is still unknown whether a left (right) SF-ring is von Neumann regular. In thispaper, we give some conditions for a left (right) SF-ring to be (a) von Neumann regular;(b) strongly regular; (c) division ring.

From tumor‐centric to ecosystem‐based hypotheses in brain tumor research and care

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Primary brain tumors, whether in adults or children, present a major challenge because of their dramatic prognosis and the ongoing lack of efficient therapeutic approaches. In recent years, a shift has occurred from tumor‐centric concepts to a more holistic view of these tumors as dynamic ecosystems.

Preoperative circulating tumor cells integrated with imaging analysis for prognostic evaluation in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Detecting circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in blood before surgery may help predict outcomes in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Here, we show when combined with tumor size and lymph node involvement from routine imaging, CTC status identifies high‐risk patients with poorer survival—offering a simple, minimally invasive tool ...

The Structure of Regular in Symbolic 2-Plithogenic Rings and the Most Important Properties of Their Elements

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics
In this paper, we generalize the regularity to a symbolic 2-plithogenic structure. We present the structure and elementary properties of regular symbolic 2-plithogenic rings. We also found that the classical regular ring R is equivalent to the symbolic 2-
