CXCR1 Depletion in Ly6C+ cDC2 Alleviates Acute Lung Injury via Modulation of Th17/Treg Balance
Pro‐inflammatory Ly6C⁺ cDC2s are identified as key effector cells mediating Cxcr1 signaling, driving the progression of ALI. Ly6C⁺ cDC2s release high levels of Il‐6 and Il‐1β, inducing Th17 differentiation. A Phase Separation‐Assisted Pre‐Enrichment Method for Ultrasensitive Respiratory Virus Detection
Conventional biomarker enrichment lacks versatility and specificity. Phase separation‐assisted pre‐enrichment (PSAP) is introduced for concurrent antigen (47×) and RNA (44×) enrichment. Tenfold and fivefold lower detection limits for SARS‐CoV‐2 and Influenza, respectively, were achieved.
