This work proposes a new Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) based navigation architecture that is appropriate for uncooperative relative robotic space navigation applications. In contrast to current solutions that exploit 3D LIDAR data, our architecture

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

An Efficient Multi-AUV Cooperative Navigation Method Based on Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning
Positioning errors introduced by low-precision navigation devices can affect the overall accuracy of a positioning system. To address this issue, this paper proposes a master-slave multi-AUV collaborative navigation method based on hierarchical ...

Lightweight infrared sensing for relative navigation of quadrotors [PDF]
A lightweight solution for estimating position and velocity relative to a known marker is presented. The marker consists of three infrared (IR) LEDs in a fixed pattern. Using an IR camera with a 100 Hz update rate, the range and bearing to the marker are

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Highly reliable relative navigation for multi-UAV formation flight in urban environments
Formation flight of multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is expected to bring significant benefits to a wide range of applications. Accurate and reliable relative position information is a prerequisite to safely maintain a fairly close distance ...

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...
