A Novel One-to-One Framework for Relative Camera Pose Estimation

open access: yesIEEE Access
To address the challenge of relative camera pose estimation, many permutation-invariant neural networks have been developed to process sparse correspondences with constant latency.

Top-Down System for Multi-Person 3D Absolute Pose Estimation from Monocular Videos

open access: yesSensors, 2022
Two-dimensional (2D) multi-person pose estimation and three-dimensional (3D) root-relative pose estimation from a monocular RGB camera have made significant progress recently.

XNect: Real-time Multi-Person 3D Motion Capture with a Single RGB Camera

open access: yes, 2020
We present a real-time approach for multi-person 3D motion capture at over 30 fps using a single RGB camera. It operates successfully in generic scenes which may contain occlusions by objects and by other people. Our method operates in subsequent stages.

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Geometry-Aware Learning of Maps for Camera Localization

open access: yes, 2018
Maps are a key component in image-based camera localization and visual SLAM systems: they are used to establish geometric constraints between images, correct drift in relative pose estimation, and relocalize cameras after lost tracking.

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Vision-Based Relative Pose Estimation of Non-Cooperative Spacecraft Using Time-of-Flight Camera

open access: yesIEEE Access
This paper deals with a vision-based pose estimation of a target using a time-of-flight (ToF) camera. In particular, a relative pose estimation algorithm for non-cooperative targets that lack markers or accessible sensor is proposed. The proposed method,

A Robust and Integrated Visual Odometry Framework Exploiting the Optical Flow and Feature Point Method

open access: yesSensors, 2023
In this paper, we propose a robust and integrated visual odometry framework exploiting the optical flow and feature point method that achieves faster pose estimate and considerable accuracy and robustness during the odometry process.

Monitoring of circulating tumor DNA allows early detection of disease relapse in patients with operable breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Monitoring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with operable breast cancer can reveal disease relapse earlier than radiology in a subset of patients. The failure to detect ctDNA in some patients with recurrent disease suggests that ctDNA could serve as a supplement to other monitoring approaches.
