Total X‐Ray Illumination for Absolute Quantification of Crystalline Phases and Amorphous Content in PVDF and P(VDF‐TrFE)

A rigorous method, Total Illumination by X‐rays (TIX), is presented to quantify crystalline and amorphous phases in organic materials.
