치의학과/석사[한글] 불소의 우식억제 효과는 역학조사 및 실험연구를 통하여 입증되었다. 그러나 불소의 우식억제 및 재광화기전에 대하여는 아직 논란이 많은 상태로 여러 이견이 존재하고 특히 재광화에 적당한 불소농도에 대하여는 상이한 이론이 존재하므로 이에 저자는 동력학적인 기전에 입각한 우식의 재광화실험을 통하여 우식병소의 재광화를 확인하고 용액내 불소농도가 우식 재광화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 본 실험을 시행하였다.

치의학과/석사[한글] 치아우식은 구강내의 치태내 세균와 음식물, 타액의 상호작용에 의해서 치질파괴가 동반되는 만성질환이다. 구강내 무기질 환경의 평형이 깨어지면 치질내의 기질이 파괴되어 비가역적인 치질 손상을 가져오게 되므로 우식을 초기에 발견하여 진행을 막는것이 중요하 다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 초기우식이 진행된 경우 표면 법랑질 주변의 환경을 과포화상태로 만들어 줌으로써 재광화를 유도하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다.
