The traditional repetitive controller has relatively worse stability and poor transient performance because it generates infinite gain at all the integer multiples of the fundamental frequency, and its control action is postponed by one fundamental ...

Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

Improved Sliding Mode Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Speed Regulation System
Due to advantages such as high speed, high accuracy, low maintenance and high reliability, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo systems have been employed in many fields.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Adaptive Feedforward Cancellation for Precise Repetitive Motion in Coarse-Fine Control System
This paper introduces a novel control scheme to achieve precise repetitive motion within a dual-input-single-output (DISO) system consisting of course-actuator and fine-actuator.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

A Family of Fundamental Positive Sequence Detectors Based on Repetitive Schemes
In electrical power systems, the extraction of the fundamental positive sequence (FPS) is paramount for synchronization, power calculation, and a wide variety of metering and control tasks.

Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.

In order to reduce the impact of various disturbances on the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) system especially during low-speed (0–300 rpm), this paper proposes a novel repetitive fractional-order active disturbance rejection control (RFO-ADRC)
