Strictly Dominated Strategies in the Replicator-Mutator Dynamics [PDF]
The replicator-mutator dynamics is a set of differential equations frequently used in biological and socioeconomic contexts to model evolutionary processes subject to mutation, error or experimentation.

Stochastic Replicator Dynamics [PDF]
This article studies the replicator dynamics in the presence of shocks. I show that under these dynamics, strategies that do not survive the iterated deletion of strictly dominated strategies are eliminated in the long run, even in the presence of nonvanishing perturbations. I also give an example that shows that the stochastic dynamics in this article

Stability of Replicator Dynamics with Bounded Continuously Distributed Time Delay
In this paper, we consider evolutionary games and construct a model of replicator dynamics with bounded continuously distributed time delay. In many circumstances, players interact simultaneously while impacts of their choices take place after some time,

Replication dynamics of recombination-dependent replication forks [PDF]
Abstract Replication forks restarted by homologous recombination are error prone and replicate both strands semi-conservatively using Pol δ. Here, we use polymerase usage sequencing to visualize in vivo replication dynamics of HR-restarted forks at an S.

The Stability of Two-Community Replicator Dynamics with Discrete Multi-Delays
This article investigates the stability of evolutionarily stable strategy in replicator dynamics of two-community with multi-delays. In the real environment, players interact simultaneously while the return of their choices may not be observed ...

Replicator–mutator dynamics of linguistic convergence and divergence [PDF]
People tend to align their use of language to the linguistic behaviour of their own ingroup and to simultaneously diverge from the language use of outgroups.

Replicator equation on networks with degree regular communities
The replicator equation is one of the fundamental tools to study evolutionary dynamics in well-mixed populations. This paper contributes to the literature on evolutionary graph theory, providing a version of the replicator equation for a family of ...

Multilevel selection has been indicated as an essential factor for the evolution of complexity in interacting RNA-like replicator systems. There are two types of multilevel selection mechanisms: implicit and explicit.

Some examples for stable and historic behavior in replicator equations
The evolutionary dynamics of zero-sum and non zero-sum games under replicator equations could be drastically different from each other. In zero-sum games, heteroclinic cycles naturally occur whenever the species of the population supersede each other in ...
