Advanced Science, EarlyView.An integrated nanoparticle PEDOT@PMOF is constructed as a redox‐active nanozyme and electroactive nanofiller in a cell‐affinity hydrogel platform for acute MI treatment. It is demonstrated that MOF‐based nanozymes have good catalytic ability, and the incorporation of PEDOT increases the conductivity.
